Winemaker’s dinner – Reichsrat von Buhl
On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 7:00 PM, we will be hosting an evening dedicated to the winery Reichsrat von Buhl. To accompany the wines from this renowned producer from Germany’s Pfalz region, our chefs will once again prepare a special tasting menu, which you can find below.

Reichsrat von Buhl is considered one of Germany’s most prestigious wineries, with a history dating back to 1849. The estate is located in the Pfalz region, specifically in the town of Deidesheim, where it cultivates some of Germany’s finest vineyards classified as VDP.Grosse Lage. The winery is especially renowned for its precise work with the Riesling grape variety, as well as for its emphasis on terroir, elegance, and the longevity of its wines.
The philosophy of the winery is built on a combination of tradition and a modern, sustainable approach. The grapes are harvested by hand, the wines are produced with minimal intervention in the cellar, and great emphasis is placed on expressing the authenticity of each individual vineyard site. The result is wines with remarkable minerality, purity, and energy that consistently rank among the finest examples of German winemaking.
An interesting historical fact is that wines from Reichsrat von Buhl were served at important state and diplomatic events, including the opening of the Opening of the Suez Canal in 1869. Today, the winery continues this prestigious tradition and remains one of the most respected names in German wine.
