Lobsters at Grand Cru

From 14 January 2026, we will once again be serving our lobster menu. As every year, our head chef Sváťa Hemmer has prepared a brand-new tasting menu featuring exciting combinations, complemented by a new dessert created by our pastry chef Jan Jeřábek. The refreshing blend of mango and passion fruit will bring the degustation to a perfect close.

Of course, we also offer wine pairing with the menu, although it is entirely optional. Our service team will also be more than happy to recommend your favourite bottle of wine.
